The cassette has a deflector (6) placed on a transversal edge of a frame (3) of the cassette. The frame of the cassette and the deflector are provided with tabs and slots (11) that are complementary to each other and cooperate with each other in a detachable manner. The tabs are spaced along a transversal direction. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle comprising a motor vehicle sunroof cassette.
