Airbag device and vehicle equipped therewith

The air bag device 2 is provided at the periphery of the lower end portion of the back window 11 provided at the upper portion of the back door 1, and comprises the air bag cushion 21 to be inflated at the vehicle rear crash, the inflator 22 to supply the high pressure gas to the air bag cushion 21, and the gas supply pipe 23 to connect the inflator 22 with the air bag cushion 21. Accordingly, the air bag cushion can be inflated surely between the head portion of the passenger and the back door even if the seat back is inclined rearward due to the impact at the vehicle rear crash and thereby the impact absorption function and the occupant restraint function of the air bag device can be attained surely.
