A first hollow stem 22 of a valve 20 includes a hole 34 communicating with an inner air chamber 14, and a hole 35 communicating with an outer air chamber. A valve core 41 is disposed in each of the holes 34 and 35. A detachment-restraining adapter 105 is screwed into the hole 35 at a side opposite to the side at which a tire is disposed. As a result, air supply and air release for the inner air chamber 14, and air supply and air release for the outer air chamber 15 can be separately carried out using a simple structure.",
