The air drier unit (1) as part of a compressed air supply system in a commercial motor vehicle has an air drier (4) fastened on the running gear frame (2) of the vehicle, a drying air receiver (6) connected to the air drier, at least one valve (8) with at least one electrically pneumatic switch (10,11), and at least one pressure limiting valve. The air drier unit as a preassembled complete module is fastened to the chassis frame by at least one supporting element (16) constructed as a one-piece angle bracket (18) with fastening areas for the air drier, the drying air receiver, the valve, and for connecting to the chassis frame.
