Source
The fuel injection valve for internal combustion engines includes an outer nozzle needle (27) installed in a recess in the valve component, an inner nozzle needle (29) installed in a recess (28) in the outer nozzle needle, and a servo valve with an outer piston (64) with a shut-off component (68) acting upon a seat (66) formed in the servo valve body. The servo valve, the body and the inner and outer nozzle needles are constructed so that in dependence upon the position of the outer piston of the servo valve the position of the outer nozzle needle is adjustable.
