The enclosure (11) includes an electrical circuit (19) with a first programmable microprocessor and which enables the tracking unit (20) to sense the proximity of the enclosure (11) when the tracking unit (20) is mounted therein and electrically connected to the enclosure electrical circuit (19). The tracking unit (20) and enclosure may be pre-programmed to perform particular tasks once the presence of the tracking unit has been detected.",
