At least one bearing roller (5,7) is cone shaped or truncated-cone shaped, with the lateral surface of the cone forming a running surface (5a,7a) for the roller, and running along an inner wall (1a,1b) of a guide rail (1), the inner wall being arranged at an angle (2) to the longitudinal direction of a shaft (4a) connecting the rollers to the vehicle seat.
