Method for manufacturing airbag cover

A method for reasonably manufacturing an airbag cover used for covering a vehicle airbag is provided. A method for manufacturing an airbag cover includes a molding step (step S10) for forming a molded airbag-cover body 101 including an integrated combination of a top panel and a container; and a tearing-line formation step (step S12) for post-processing the molded airbag-cover body 101 obtained in the molding step in order to form a tearing line having a depth less than a panel thickness of the top panel (Fig. 4).
