Common Rail Injector

A throttle device (42) is arranged between an actuator pressure chamber (35) and a nozzle needle control chamber (46). When the nozzle needle control chamber is emptied, the throttle allows a smaller through-flow from the nozzle needle control chamber into the actuator pressure chamber, than from the actuator pressure chamber to the nozzle needle control chamber when the nozzle needle control chamber is filled.
