Tirechain and method of its manufacture

The chain is assembled of a multitude of link units, each of them assembled two vertical elements (2), a horizontal element (1), and a transversally positioned gripping bridge (3). The bridge (3) is made of a profiled wire with a v-shaped cross section bend into a ring-shaped link. Several versions of the bridge element (3) are available. It can be welded to the horizontal link (1), joined with a bolt or by press fitting. There are also versions with more than one bridge element (3).
