A panel (6) is adjustable between a closed position and an open position, in which it is moved at least partly between the fixed roof and a headliner (4). The panel is movably supported by an operating mechanism (7) guided by the guide rail. A sunshade (8) is slidably guided by the guide rail below the roof opening and above the headliner (4). The guide rail (5) is provided with a movable stop (10) to limit the backward movement of the sunshade (8). The operating mechanism (7) is adapted to come into engagement with the movable stop in order to take it along at least during a part of its traveling path. In this manner the sunshade can be retrieved without disturbing any anti-trap detection system.",
