The sintered body made of a Cu-Ni based sintering metal has a structure in which pores are dispersed on a basis material of Cu-Ni alloy particles at a porosity within a range of 8 to 18%, and P components and free graphite are distributed on a boundary between the Cu-Ni alloy particles and in the pores, respectively.",
