Hydraulic system for actuation of a clutch of a motor vehicle
DRIVE
January 11, 2006
The method is for the operating of a hydraulic system for the operating of a clutch of a motor vehicle with a master cylinder (4) with an axially movable piston (17) defining a fluid filled pressure chamber (18) and which in snifting position opens a connection between a snifting orifice (20) and the pressure chamber. The piston in the unloaded position of the clutch is pushed into the pressure chamber into a standby position far enough for the snifting orifice to be closed, and a pressure greater than atmospheric is built up in the hydraulic system.
