Circuit for half wave recognition of a 230V AC voltage
DRIVE
January 11, 2006
The circuit has two antiparallel diode circuits (R6,Ok1,OK2) that detect the half waves connected in series with a resistance (R1), whereby the output signals (neg, pos) of the diode circuits are separately fed to the inputs of an evaluation circuit. A potential divider in the form of a current limiter stage connected in parallel to the diode circuits consists of a first field effect transistor (T1) in series with a resistor (R5) and a second field effect transistor (T2). The field effect transistors are in the form of self-conducting components.
