It is an object of the present invention to provide a vacuum pump for a vehicle capable of decreasing a friction noise in such a manner that an eccentric cam part is formed in a center of a housing plate and the construction of the eccentric cam part is improved, and they do not contact with the vanes at a portion after the top dead point.
