Anode (6A) and cathode (6B) gas feeds are interrupted for the purpose of regeneration. An anode connection (15A) makes a connections with a cathode connection (15B) so that a pressure difference is generated between the cathode and anode sides. An independent claim is also included for a fuel cell facility with a fuel cell stack.
