Motor vehicle door, structural assembly, glazed unit, method to manufacture and corresponding vehicles

The door has a structure forming an assembly with a frame (13), and a glassed-in assembly with a frame (21), where the frames are superposed. The frame (21) has a guiding unit that slides a movable glassed-in panel (22) between a closed position and an open and support position. The panel is plated against the frame (21) when in closed position and is separated from the frame (21) during movement.
