The container (12) includes a casement (14) accessible from outside a motor vehicle (10). The container is displaced by translation with respect to the vehicle, between a closed position and an open position, in order to unblock a passage opened into the interior of the vehicle. The container is integrated harmoniously in the vehicle. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle comprising a container.
