It comprises a control unit connected to a vehicle device by first connection means, a client device (B1) connected to the control unit by second connection means, whose control unit comprises a transfer protocol server (B2), a human-machine interface, and a system logging means (B5). It is characterized in that the human-machine interface is connected to the device and to the user, and the control unit comprises a user administration means (B3), a session management means (B6), data storage media (B8), and device abstraction means (B10, B11). An open programmable system is achieved that permits developing, integrating and operating services in an easy and useful manner and at a low cost. It provides total connectivity of the vehicle.
