Releasable track locking assembly

The quick-change mounting (1) for aircraft seats or cargo incorporates a C-section perforated base member (3-9). It has two holding shoes (13,14) with a pin (17) sliding in a slot in the baseplate. The pin holds a bearing block (19) with a retaining nut on a threaded portion (29) and a spring (27). A swinging and sliding lever (21) is made of two parts (22,23) riveted (25,26) together. A fastening ring assembly (41,45) is attached to the lever and may hold part of a seat or webbing for cargo.
