The coupling (1) comprises two parts. The connection tube (3) for the flexible hose is either angled or straight, with respect to the collar axis (8). The second part is an annular extension with outer collar (15). This includes an internal seal recess, in the form of a step (17). The bush section (16) includes an anti-rotation lock (10). The second section of the tube connecting section (13) and the bush section (16), together define the angular direction (9) of the connection tube (3). They are interlocked together to prevent rotation (10). The blocking ring (18) holding the seal (4) is fixed in position between the tubing connection section and the bush section. An independent claim is included for the corresponding method of manufacture, essentially by pressure injection molding in a multi-part mold.
