Adjustable two-way valve device

The valve device has a valve member (2) fixed precisely to a valve rod (1) to open or close the fluid connection between a first inlet or outlet channel (6) to a second or third outlet or inlet channel (7, 9) via a free cross section. The valve member may have control apertures (3) and may be bell-shaped to conform to corresponding surfaces of the casing (4) or one of the inlet lines.
