Electronic apparatus

An electronic apparatus (3) includes a housing part (48) in which a battery (40) is housed and a body-side connector (46) for connecting the battery (40) housed in the housing part (48) to an apparatus body (9). When a battery-side connector (44) connected to the battery through a connecting cable is connected to the body-side connector (46), the battery is connected to the apparatus body (9). A label (38, 58) is affixed on the body near the body-side connector. Provided on the label is a connector-connection indication (52) which indicates an orientation of the battery-side connector (44) to be connected along with a battery-housing indication (50, 60) which indicates a shape and a housing orientation of the battery (40) to be housed in the housing part (48). This provides a guiding indication easy to view and understand, allowing a smooth, correct connection between the battery and the apparatus body through the connectors.
