Aircraft passenger seat with integrated spring element

The aircraft seat has a seat element and backrest element with a resetting element (16) acting on the pivotal seat or backrest element. The seat element defines a first volume and the backrest element defines a second volume with the resetting element mounted within one of these two volumes. The backrest element has a rocker element (14) so that the resetting element acts on same so that when the backrest is swivelled the resetting elements engenders force on the backrest element to counteract the swivel movement. Independent claim describes cushion for seat which can be used for seat or backrest element and have recess for resetting element.
