The telescopic stacker has a swing jib mounted on a wheeled chassis with a drive motor. The wheels are driven by a hydrostatic drive through the vehicle control system, with sensors to register the actual conditions. A fuzzy logic unit gives the driving characteristics according to a control command combined with connected controllers to transmit commands to the hydrostatic drives. The driving characteristics taken into account include acceleration, hydrostatic braking, changes in motor running under loads, etc. The stacker can be operated on board, and also centrally using a joystick.
