Apparatus and method for mounting a bellows on a pneumatic brake booster for a motor vehicle

The device has an extensible grab (101), whose front end (102) is integrated to a rear end (14) of a bellows. A bellows support (107) has a housing (108) in which the bellows is mounted and a housing (109) in which the grab is mounted. An introduction cone (104) mounted on a free end of a control rod (12). A conical end (106) of the cone traverses the bellows from its front end (15) to its rear end. An independent claim is also included for a process for assembling a bellows on the duct of a pneumatic actuator.
