The device includes a chassis (10), and units (30) for maneuvering a removable accessory (32) with respect to the chassis. The chassis includes a frame comprising three plates (52, 54, 56) articulated with respect to each other around respective axes. The plate (52) is articulated at the back of the chassis, and the plate (56) oriented towards the front receives the accessory.
