An on/off nozzle (7) is provided to actuate the outer nozzle needle by connecting the closing chamber to low-pressure/return system. An additional on/off valve (90) is provided to actuate the inner nozzle needle (12) and to connect a control chamber (53) to the low-pressure/return system (88).
