Wiper apparatus

A wiper apparatus has an operation lever (15) of which one end portion is rotatably equipped, a wiper arm (24) is attached to another end portion of the operation lever (15), and a covering member (7, 7a) which covers a base portion side of the wiper arm (24) and the operation lever (15), in which an operation hole (25) is formed in a vertical wall (7c) of the covering member (7, 7a) to allow a base portion of the wiper arm (24) to penetrate through.
