A brush holder 9 is inserted from an axial direction and covered. The brush holder 9 is provided with a motor shaft 8a that is open in the insertion direction, a brush fixing section 9f, and a through hole 9d. This type of motor section M is covered by an outlet cover 11 having a pump unit 15 that is fixed to an outer circumferential section of the base bracket 2 and that extends in the axial direction and a discharge aperture 11a above the pump unit 15, and between the motor section M and the brush holder 9 is provided a gap that is continuous in the radial direction, thereby forming a filtration side connecting flow path f2.",
