Metal scuff plate

A metal scuff plate includes a plate made from a light-alloy and having a back side, at least one pin (3) positioned at a portion of the back side of the plate and welded thereto. The at least one pin (3) possesses an engagement groove (8). The metal scuff plate further includes a synthetic-resin made clip (5) having at least one first hook (14) engaged with the engagement groove (8) of the pin (3). The clip (5) is engaged with at least one engagement hole (13) defined at a body (4) so as to fasten the light-alloy plate (2) to the body (4).
