Autarkic fuel cell system comprising electrolytic cell

The invention relates to a fuel cell arrangement with a fuel cell (FC) and an electrolytic cell (EC) arrangement. The fuel cell comprises a first and a second electrode (3, 4). The first is the anode (3) and the second is the cathode (4). The fuel cell has a layer (5) allowing protons to pass, which has a catalytic effect between the electrodes, and a fuel allocation unit (HS - palladium hydride storage) unit to supply fuel. Beside the possibility of an autarkic power supply of an electronic circuit as a micro-fuel cell, the system can regenerate the fuel supply by means of an integrated electrolytic unit.
