"textContent": "A separate spacer part is secured beneath the airbag cover (10) and above a diffusor cage end wall (24) and the clamped section (44) of the airbag (36) which remains fixed in position when it inflates. The spacer part includes a fastener (28) for securing it to the diffusor end wall and prevents the collapsed airbag from protruding into the space between this end wall and a central part (52) of the cover above it. The airbag is housed inside an annular space (34) inside the cover (10) and comprises an annular chamber (40) extending around an indentation (38) which is not to be inflated. The indentation is formed by securing the clamped section of the airbag, which is at a distance from the airbag mouth, to the end wall of the diffusor cage or a gas generator (16). The central part of the cover is permanently secured to the diffusor cage end wall and is surrounded by an annular exit opening (60) for the airbag when the module is opened.",
