DIRECT METHANOL FUEL CELL SYSTEM

There is provided a direct methanol fuel cell system 1 which sits stably and can reduce influence on a fuel cell stack 3 due to impact from around. The fuel cell system 1 includes: an aqueous solution tank 7 for storing methanol aqueous solution; a fuel tank 5 for storing methanol fuel to be supplied to the aqueous solution tank 7; and a fuel cell stack 3 supplied with the methanol aqueous solution from the aqueous solution tank 7 for generating electric energy through electrochemical reactions. The fuel tank 5 and the aqueous solution tank 7 are disposed above the fuel cell stack 3.
