The invention aims to provide an improved four stroke engine incorporating a secondary air introducing system having a less complicated structure to introduce secondary air to an exhaust passage of the engine. Therefore, the invention provides that the engine body further defines a second intake passage through which secondary air can flow to the exhaust passage, wherein the second intake passage has an end at a surface of the engine body.",
