A fuel injection valve for injecting fuel is provided, wherein a fuel spray injected through a fuel injection hole (8) includes a first portion (80A) having a long spray reaching distance and a second portion (80) having a short spray reaching distance, wherein the first portion (80A) consists essentially of a fuel rich spray portion and the second portion (80) consists essentially of a fuel lean spray portion, wherein the first portion (80A) having the long spray reaching distance and the second portion (80) having the short spray reaching distance are formed around a circumference of a cross section crossing a valve axial line (J) of the fuel injection valve (1).
