Vehicle Tire
DRIVE
August 31, 2005
A vehicle tyre comprises a carcass (8) of radial construction, a belt (11), a profiled running strip (1) which extends from shoulder to shoulder and two bead areas with a bead core (2). The two side walls extend between the bead area and the running strip. The tyre width increases from the running surface radially inwards to a position a distance H1 from the seating surface on the rim (13). The radial position takes in the tyre width.
