The measurement arrangement permits determination of a value that depends on the relative permeability of the material in the partial volume and or the inductance of the coil. An independent claim is made for a method for determining the loading state of a particle filter of a combustion engine in which a value dependent on the relative permeability of the material in a partial volume of the filter and or the inductance of a measuring coil is measured. The measured value is then related to the loading of the filter.",
