The device (1) also comprises a single control organ (20) which cooperates with the PTO valve (13) and with the regulation valve (14,15) to open and close the PTO valve (13) through the positioning of the control organ (20) in an open (A) or closed (C) PTO position and to regulate the regulation valve (14,15) through the regulatory movement of the control organ (20) without abandoning the PTO position.",
