Fuel injection valve

The fuel injection valve has an actuator and valve closure body (4) interacting with valve seat (6) to provide a sealing seat. The valve seat body (5) has a discharge opening (7) which has at the downstream end flow discharge edges (39) running in a groove (38). The sealing seat directly adjoins the groove. The groove can be disposed partially in the valve closure body and partially in the valve seat body. When the sealing seat is closed the flow discharge edges are arranged at the same height.
