A spoke (1) for a bicycle wheel (W) comprising an elongated body (2) which extends along an axis (X-X), between a first end (3) adapted to be fixed to the rim (4) of the wheel (W) and a second end (5) adapted to be fixed to the hub (7) of the wheel (W). The spoke (1) has, close to the first end (3), a zone of size (10) greater than the size of the zone close to the second end (5).
