A clutch control apparatus includes a correction coefficient calculating unit (50) to calculate, when a predetermined feedback-type learning condition has been satisfied, a correction coefficient (Kh) for correcting a target clutch torque (Tr) on the basis of a difference between the target clutch torque (Tr) and an estimated clutch torque output (Tc) in an event that a driving of the actuator (23) is controlled at a target control amount corresponding to the target clutch torque; and a target clutch torque correcting unit to correct the target clutch torque (Tr) on the basis of the correction coefficient (Kh). The correction coefficient calculating unit (50) corrects the correction coefficient (Kh) to be increased proportionately with a level of an engine rotational speed once the predetermined learning condition has been satisfied during a clutch engaged condition when a shift stage in a transmission (30) is shifted to another shift stage in the transmission (30).
