An inner element in the shape of a metal profile (2) is screwed or glued to the door frame (1). The front (2.1) of the profile (2) has a T-shaped cross section with a hook-shaped area (2.3) pointing away from the frame (1). A sealing device (3) made of rubber covers the front area (2.1) and is provided with a sealing lip (3.1) touching the wing of the door in an open and in a closed position. The hollow space behind the sealing lip (3.1) is filled with a softer rubber material (4) in order to absorb the sound created when the door is closed.
