A removal apparatus comprises a vehicle (2) having at least a first compartment (3) for transporting items to be moved, and a transportable lift (5), which can be assembled close to a building (6) and has a transport platform (7) mobile between a lower position and an upper position. The apparatus also comprises covering means operatively attached to the path between the vehicle and the platform for the items to be moved, said covering means arranged in such a way that they cover the items along the path.
