Energy supply system

A second voltage branch (3) has a power reservoir (PR) (5) charged up by an auxiliary voltage with a higher voltage value than that available in a first voltage branch (2). Power in the PR can be extracted by connected equipment (4) through pulses via deep setting adjusters (8,10). The equipment has a signal-switching device.
