The structure (10) comprises a grommet (25) including a bellows portion (26) and elastic means (30) which at least comprises an elastic portion and a panel-fixing portion (32), such that the door harness can fit into the grommet (25) and be installed closer to the internal face (11a) than the weather strip (18) is. The panel-fixing portion (32) is adapted to engage with the mounting panel (13), such that the elastic means (30) can be mounted on the mounting panel (13), and the mounting panel (13) is adapted to engage with the internal face (11a), such that the elastic portion (31) can expand or contract as a function of whether the door is opened or closed.",
