Stator vane assembly for a gas turbine engine

A low-pressure compressor exit stator assembly for a gas turbine includes a multiple of vanes (26) mounted between a full hoop outer shroud (34) and an inner shroud (36). The outer shroud (34) and inner shroud (36) are mounted to the intermediate case structure (28). A seal (38) is located between the outer shroud (34) and a bleed duct structure (30) to accommodate thermal growth mismatch.
