The main body over at least part of its transverse length is provided with an opening in its lower section, which opening defines the access to a chamber of which a substantially upwardly directed wall is constructed in such a manner that an air stream entering said chamber through the access opening in the main body of the wind deflector is slowed down in said chamber and leaves said chamber through said upwardly directed wall only in a limited amount and with reduced velocity compared to the initial air stream velocity.",
