The flow channel (152,159) can provide communication between the pair of liquid chambers. A baffling device (165,168) is provided in the liquid chamber with a lower hydraulic pressure (130,157), to baffle hydraulic fluid flowing from the liquid chamber with the higher hydraulic pressure (143,130). Thus, it is possible to reduce operating noise resulting from operation of the on-off valves (116,117).",
