The absolute values of the angles of the cords of the carcass plies (22) and (24) in a circumferential direction are 25 to 38 degrees. The bead portion (8) is constituted by a bead core (18) and a bead apex (20) extended outward in a radial direction from the bead core (18). A complex elastic modulus E* of the bead apex (20) measured on a condition that a temperature is 70 DEG C, a frequency is 10 Hz and an amplitude is 2% is equal to or greater than 80 MPa.
